Refund Policy
The Kitchen Shoppe offers you, the customer, a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase excluding personalized items which will only be replaced if defective and/or damaged.  All product returns must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.  This 30 day money back guarantee consists of your purchase price less any shipping and handling charges.  You, the customer, are responsible for paying any return shipping costs and all returns must be insured by you and preferably sent via a method that offers delivery confirmation and/or tracking and the tracking number provided to edrecipes@telus.net.  All items sent back without tracking and/or delivery confirmation are sent at your own risk in the unlikely event that they are not successfully delivered.  You have 30 days from the day that you received your product to return the product.  All returns must be sent to the address below unless stated otherwise:
